I'm Kate, a Graphic Designer and Illustrator from Essex, UK.

I'm a qualified nurse and have worked most recently in Medical Administration, but I need to work in a creative industry, Art is my passion.

I've taught myself various graphic design and illustration software programs, such as most of Adobe Creative Suite and Procreate, as well as collaboration tools like Trello.

I've done voluntary illustration work and some freelance graphic design work but would love to gain some more solid professional graphic design and web design experience. I'm hard working and passionate, and eager to learn.

I'm a friendly and kind person, always willing to lend a hand to colleagues or anyone who needs it. I'm passionate and throw myself into projects wholeheartedly.

In my spare time I'm obsessed with crafts! I love crochet, painting, sewing and will try my hand at any new creative hobby. One of my biggest passions is ceramics. I have an affinity with clay; getting muddy and managing to create something with this raw natural substance is invigorating to me. I can spend hours at the pottery wheel or on the floor handbuilding alike.
